Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation

You can cancel a confirmed booking for a full refund of the amount you paid up to 24 hours before check-in (00:00 UTC on the check-in date). Cancel yourself from My Account.

After that

Inside 24 hours before check-in, and for no-shows, the booking is non-refundable.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, in USD. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them. If your bank converted the currency, the final amount you see can differ slightly because of exchange rates.

If the Property cannot host you

If a confirmed booking cannot be honoured (for example overbooking or closure), contact support@neerair.com straight away. We will help you find an equivalent stay or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

Failed or unpaid bookings

Rooms are held for 15 minutes while you pay. If payment fails or time runs out, nothing is charged and the room is released. If you see a charge without a confirmation, write to us and we will check it the same day.

Your legal rights

This policy does not reduce any refund right you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country.
